Gregory Swain

Gregory Swain represents individuals, businesses, and public entities in a variety of matters pertaining to personal injury litigation, business disputes, and employment litigation. His experience also includes family law and probate litigation. Mr. Swain brings an extensive knowledge of California litigation procedure, discovery procedure, and evidentiary law. He focuses on using that expertise to resolve cases in clients’ favor at the pre-trial stage, and on ensuring that opposing parties are unable to gain any advantage at trial from underhanded litigation tactics.

Mr. Swain earned his law degree from the University of Southern California Gould Schoold of Law, and his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
