Benjamin A. Sampson

Benjamin A. Sampson is a results-oriented litigator that consistently obtains favorable outcomes for his clients. Benjamin’s innate ability to communicate and connect with others has earned him the respect of clients and colleagues, as well as judges and adversaries. As an experienced trial lawyer, Benjamin is also known for his creative approaches and effective advocacy.

Benjamin has experience handling a variety of practice areas, including: personal injury, employment, premises liability, and business litigation.  Prior to joining Bordin Semmer LLP, Mr. Sampson gained extensive experience at a national civil litigation firm.

Benjamin serves as a partner at the firm, and he takes pride in the results and trial verdicts which continue to fuel the growth of Bordin Semmer’s footprint in California. Most recently, Benjamin first chaired a four month long jury trial in Orange County, whereby he was successful in obtaining a favorable verdict on behalf of his client. (Stars and Bars, LLC v. Westport Capital Partners, LLC, et al.) Benjamin also succeeded in setting California precedent by way of his oral argument before the Second Appellate District in the California Court of Appeal. Benjamin obtained his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School and is licensed to practice law in the State of California and the U.S. District Court for the Central and Northern Districts of California.  During law school, Mr. Sampson received numerous accolades for his oral advocacy as a participant and Board Member in the Moot Court Honors Program and received the Dean’s Merit Award for Academic Excellence.
