Benjamin A. Sampson is a results-oriented litigator that consistently obtains favorable outcomes for his clients. Prior to joining Bordin Semmer LLP, Mr. Sampson gained extensive experience at a national civil litigation firm. Benjamin has built a successful track record of achieving extraordinary results in wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, harassment and wage and hour cases.
Benjamin serves as a partner at the firm, and he takes pride in the results and trial verdicts which continue to fuel the growth of Bordin Semmer’s footprint in California. Most recently, Benjamin first chaired a four month long jury trial in Orange County, whereby he was successful in obtaining a favorable verdict on behalf of his client. (Stars and Bars, LLC v. Benjamin obtained his Juris Doctorate from Southwestern Law School and is licensed to practice law in the State of California and the U.S. District Court for the Central and Northern Districts of California. During law school, Mr. Sampson received numerous accolades for his oral advocacy as a participant and Board Member in the Moot Court Honors Program and received the Dean’s Merit Award for Academic Excellence.
